During our recent stay in Shinjuku, we found the hotel to be conveniently located near bustling restaurants and shops. The complimentary bath salt and facial products were a nice touch after a long day of exploring. Though the room was on the smaller side, the bathtub provided a relaxing way to unwind. Staff were accommodating and went out of their way to assist us, making our overall experience enjoyable.

stayed at the Gracery,the room came with a "handy" phone making navigation a breeze. Good night life location, clean rooms, friendly staff, and yummy breakfast.

Omg, the location was 🔥! right in the middle of the action, easy access to everything. Breakfast was so-so, but the vibrant nightlife made up for it. Rooms were a bit tinier than expected though.

Let me tell you about the local eats near The Gracery - Bonsalute Kabuki, Kizuna Sushi, Kyochabana, Robot Restaurant, Osaka Ohsho, and Ringer Hut are all within arm's reach. The rooms are modern and comfortable, with English-speaking staff always ready to assist. The Godzilla head on the 8th floor is a quirky touch that adds to the hotel's charm.

While the hotel restaurant is only open for breakfast and might seem pricey, there is an array of fantastic dining options just steps away. For those sensitive to noise, be aware of the high-frequency sounds near Toho Cinemas.

The location was crazy convenient, right by Kabukicho and neon-everything. We partied hard in the entertainment district, found loads of cool spots near Shinjuku Station, and had a blast exploring the lively area. Views from our room were insane too!

Wish they had a rooftop bar or a hip hangout spot within the hotel – that would've taken our partying to the next level!

We had a fantastic stay in this area with many restaurants and close to the train station. The hotel facilities were excellent, including the complementary Wi-Fi and laundry. Transportation was easy as the NEXT train stops nearby, and the staff were very friendly. Additionally, the cleanliness was impeccable. We enjoyed the diverse breakfast options with both Western and Asian choices, and the coffee was exceptional.

The only thing I would ask for is better signage and directions to nearby attractions, as it can be a bit confusing for senior people to find their way around. If the children of the staff could provide more detailed directions, it would make for an even more delightful vacation experience for senior guests.
